The Financial Services Division is responsible for the administration of the City's financial affairs in accordance with ordinances enacted by the City Council. Major functions include cash and debt management, bank relations and investments, fixed asset and capital improvement programs and coordination of annual audit with external auditors. Input is provided for the development of financial policies, analysis and special projects.
